Retired Plano Police Lieutenant Douglas Deaton warned Fox News’ Mark Levin Sunday that the upcoming EPIC City near Dallas, a planned community under dvelopment by the East Plano Islamic Center is “actually an exclusionary zone”, and that “most people believe based on their promotional materials that it would be for Muslim-Only members.”
