An Arizona jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict in the case of an Arizona rancher who was charged in the shooting death of an illegal Mexican alien who was trespassing on his private ranch in 2023. The judge in the case declared a mistrial since one lone juror refused to vote for acquittal.
