Las Cruces, New Mexico Officer Brad Lunsford was convicted in the killing of a black man who stole his partner’s Taser. Aside from the judge’s refusal to admit some exculpatory evidence, the defense has now found that one juror may have committed perjury during the voir dire juror selection process to hide anti-police bias.
